You can return items in two different ways. First, you can bring any new, non-worn items to a Carter’s store within 90 days of purchase. Be sure to have the receipt or original packing slip, and return the item for a full refund.

Or, you can return your items online using the returns tool on the site. You can ship the item yourself or use the prepaid shipping label, which will cost you $6. This charge will be deducted from your return credit. Don’t have a receipt, or need to return an item after 90 days? Don’t worry. You can still return the item, and you’ll receive Carter’s merchandise credit.
